Craig is Awesome! He advertises by word of mouth only and he is super busy. Very personable and knows that he is doing. We had several animal waste spots which he removed. Warned us animals can still smell it and may want to re-stain it again.
Carpets look like new and my wife is happy, that in in itself should be a 5 star.

The carpets look fantastic!, Craig even left his high power dryer for a few days to speed up the drying process in the cold weather we had last week.
He gave me a great price and broke down certain things so i knew what I was paying for. He even cleaned our area rug and my very soiled car mats for free.
